What is Ductile Iron?
Ductile Iron is also called ductile cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, or nodular cast iron.It is a type of graphite-rich cast iron alloy for iron castings. Cast iron has good impact and fatigue resistance, elongation, and wear resistance because of the content of the spherical (round) graphite structures in the metal.
