  How to test the part?

  •   1. When we do the wax mould, we will choose 5-10 parts to test the wax shrinkage, and also test the life of toolings.
  •   2. Before pouring, we will test the material and do the material report.
  •   3. After Pouring, we will choose 10-20 parts per furnace to do the measurement.
  •   4. When doing the after treatment, we will measure some of the parts per day.
  •   5. After after-treatment, we will use testing toolings to test every parts.
  •   6. Before shippment, we will test 5 parts or the quantity customer want to do the report, and will send the material report and meausrement report together with productions to customer.
