What is mirror polishing

Mechanical mirror polishing

  First, the polishing process

  First, stainless steel polishing fluid

  Third, stainless steel grinding and polishing fluid

  Uses: Used for stainless steel fasteners, fishing gear accessories, chains, pendants, springs, hardware and other stainless steel products after processing and polishing. Compared with stainless steel drum polishing solution (00112): more acidity. It is more suitable for polishing workpieces with oxide scale or higher surface roughness.

  Features: This product is made up of cleaning agent, brightener, corrosion inhibitor, surfactant and so on. Improve the surface brightness of stainless steel parts. Make parts bright and beautiful, combined with mechanical and chemical polishing. Cost-effective and bright.

  Usage: 1. The main function of this product is polishing. It has quick descaling performance and can be used with stainless steel drum polishing liquid (06204). The first step is to use the product to roll off the surface burrs, scale, trachoma and so on. The second step is to polish with a stainless steel cylinder polish (06204) for better gloss. Can also be used alone.

  2. Dosing: Pour the grinding and polishing liquid into the drum with stainless steel parts according to the weight of the part, 2-3% (or according to the oxide layer). Then add twice as much water. (that is, the polishing solution: water = 1:1 ~ 2 after dilution).

  3. Process: The roller is rolled and polished, and the time is based on the brightness of the workpiece. The polishing solution was removed for about 1-2 hours. Rinse with water, centrifuge, dry or air dry.

  4. According to the rough surface condition of the workpiece, for workpieces with large roughness values, such as stainless steel chains. Can be used with abrasives (such as polishing blocks, etc.) to properly extend the rolling time.

  Note: 1. This product is acidic, do not enter the eyes or mouth. It is corrosive to the skin, such as contact with water to rinse. 2, stored in a cool place, long-term effective.

  Usage: 1. The main function of this product is polishing, and the workpiece is polished in two steps. The first step is to remove the oil. The second step is to use this product for polishing.

  2. Dosing: Pour the polishing solution into the drum with stainless steel parts according to the weight of the part, and then add the same weight of water as the polishing liquid (that is, the polishing liquid: water = 1:1 diluted) .

  3, the process: roller rolling polishing, the time is based on the brightness of the workpiece, about 0.5-1 hours, the polishing solution is removed, rinsed with water, centrifuged dry, air dried or dried.

  4, according to the surface roughness of the workpiece, can be used with abrasives (such as polishing blocks, etc.).
